Well, I finally sat down and started the chassis for the race.........I will also be building one for Brassrodman.........They are going to be very simple.......... .063 main rails and some type of .055 perimeter......Rehco bracket, 1/8th axle/bearings with wonderful holders...Daughter getting married next week........But I should have time.......

Concernig #697: I got it. With a little help from my solder iron. Seems to be a kind of 30 years old cement in it.
By the way: What fits old ball bearings: Oil or grease?

Are the side pan hinged ? Floppy's I'm biulding a new chassis and will take advantage of that if it's a-ok

Rule # 9 says yes. You can have floppy pans , or plumber pans, but not both. Mine are floppy.
