After seeing all of the latest entries up to Edwardo's car, I have to say that this is an incredible and formitable group that will make for a very competitive Proxy.

BALL'S OUT is an appropriate name for this race! My endbell driven Choti has no chance but it will be there in the spirit of competition!

Brian McPherson posted his car on this thread a long time ago. I have not seen hide nor hair of him since.
Not sure if I should take it upon my self to add his car to the Cars Thread or...?

Please transfer his pics into the new thread and enter him !! He will send entry fee.
I will vouch for him.

Still needs wire wrapping around front axle, rear brackets braces, pan up stops, trim rear axle tubes. Going with more of a floppy pan build because of the very powerful motor :bb: ...

Hey Guys! :)
Thanks for looking out! yea, i was asleep on this one.I mostly visit the blog thru the mobil app and I miss alot, totally my fault.

Getting caught up now, I see that I need to let JHW know that I need an XL for the shirt size. I will get the entry fee out ASAP! and I see now we have Randy as the first mail stop.

Good thing I added a little more PINK to my paint scheme, and I like Eddie's a lot also! :)

Man...the entries for this thing are all off the chart. The cars all seem to be a LARGE step up from those in the last Proxy. Most seem to be taking the "light-weight-thingie-with-lots-of-horsepower" approach. Bob's has more of the low-mass "handling" approach (and it's a beauty Bob!). I think the drivers are going to be faced with some real challenges as well as a boatload of fun with some pretty hot lap times. I also expect some smoke, pile-ups, nerfing and maybe even projectile launches. I hope whoever is marshalling this thing has eye protection, a kevlar vest and good reflexes! To me, this right here is what could easily be sanctioned racing if enough people were "regulars". What an excellent group of cars!

John - ....like.... ITRATM - International Thingie Racers Association. :D

My car is complete but the outsourced tire mounting and body paint are not. :dash2:

:unknw: What would you guys like me to do?
Take new pics and put them in the Cars thread or you can make any challenges from the pictures posted above?

Jairus, please make the call.

BTW: is there going to be concourse judging?

Yeah, I was going to post some sort of voting thread. Been too busy to mess with it now.

We have 4 more cars, including yours, that have yet to be posted. I'll give you guys till Friday.
But after that... they had better be in the mail soon. Anything not posted, will not race!

That is gracious .. but... The challenges have to be presented giving the severely challenged time to make corrections and re-submit before mailing.

I plan on using my 2 challenges and would expect others would too.

Trouble? - - I thought it was SOP per the rules.
Wait? - - Till all entries are shown ... to chose what is considered the most flagrant.

It is an "option" not a necessity or weapon Bob. I know that as a competitor it can be hard to differentiate the point.

I hope the drivers don't confuse Eddie and Brian's cars.

For some reason, my crappy camera shows my car blue when it's actually purple. It only gets it right when I use flash..... Weird.

Bob, I would consider that really rude for someone to be late for the deadline, then make last minute challenges to other entries just about the time they need to be sent off....... :diablo:

I personally have looked at all the entries (that were ON TIME) and have no challenges for any of them.
Those that are LATE, don't cry to me when I challenge you without giving you enough time to fix the problems. :bad:
