Wouldn't it be funny if you needed it to use the Model A to pull the car you are in.

I don't always go the extra mile, but when I do it's because I missed my exit.
All my life I've strived to keep from becoming a millionaire, so far I've succeeded.

No matter how big of a hammer you use, you can't pound common sense into stupid people, believe me, I've tried.

BTW, we saw at least a dozen roadkill deer during today's trip, some badly decomposed...

Greg,
Since you almost became a train guy, stop in at the Union Pacific shops in Cheyenne, Wyoming. A few months ago the railroad towed a Big Boy to their steam shop there from CA to restore back to running condition. It's number is 4014.
Glad you made good progress on day one of your trip.
Tuesday night the 21st is the local monthly meeting here of the Model A club. I'm going to visit and check things out.
I do not own any rights to this photo. It was posted here for the purpose of illustration and information.

They better get to some little diner or a great BBQ place, pretty soon, or I'm going to shoot them.

Remember, this is just day two of a two-plus week trip, with us going from border to border on I-70 across the barrenness of Kansas. The gas stations were far enough apart to make it close a couple of times...

Almost all McD's have free wi-fi and my iPad is wi-fi only... the restaurants are where I go to get access while on the road!
I probably buy something only one out of four or five visits actually.

Your son doesn't have a phone with a data plan?
Regardless, if you eat at a fast food place, it better be at least an In-N-Out Burger. LOL.

Most of the city is laid out in North, South, East, and West quardrants. Much of its streets are North-South or East-West parallels, much like graph paper. Those running North-South are numerically consecutive, those East-West are alphabetically consecutive.
I intend to live forever! So far, so good.
