Be happy if you can get it consistent. Consistency and a good light wins drag  bracket races.

Sorry life got in the way as well as having to pickup two 18T gears.

We are going from 16/62=3.875 to a 18/62=3.44.
I will be testing it out hopefully tomorrow night to see if this helps it not run out of steam.

I narrowed up the tires just a bit and rounded off the outer edges a little bit more. I made them just a bit wider on the car and it looks like it has a nice Stance now.

It was off to Slots A Lot for a few test passes. Not bad and better then the last time. The first pass with clean tires was a high 1.5 second and the rest of them low 1.6's. WIth car is lifting the front tires for a few feet, looks cool but im going to adress this issue. I sure wish I could post the slow motion veido.

The above car has this basic chassis... this is the version 1, the above has version 2, which works better, & has the pivot point moved to 3" in front of the rear axle. This chassis with the pivot point right in front of the endbell was fast, running 1.130s with a fast time of 1.123 on a 13 tooth pinion, but not consistent. The newer one runs 1.160s consistantly with a 17 tooth pinion. The newer chassis is also longer , because it is under a longer body.
