you know how it is: sometimes some have to look back and see what they have in their Thingies collection:
Carefully stowed away nicely, We found a couple of cars which had their chassis built by Bob Suzuki:
Now, we all know that there was, once upon a time, some sidewinder mounted motors in the Thingie world:
(Shrike body by Electric Dreams, painted by Tom Andersen)
But then, to my terrified surprise, I discovered something I completely forgot: a modified inline contraption!
(Mongoose’s body by electric Dreams, painted by Bob Suzuki)
Horror! The Inline Forever concept was instantly demolished!
Something had to be done and We appealed to Miss Cristina!
Being Miss C. always ready for any occurrence, even the most terrifying one, she got ready with what was needed.
You wonder what’s that blue concoction in that big siringe?
Well, it’s a special concoction based on the infamous blue V. pill, which has the not-so-mysterious power to correct things which are at an improper position.
Miss C. did not hesitate and took care of that aberrant design!
We will see the results real soon!
PS As for Mr.Bob Suzuki: he has been, exceptionally and only this time, forgiven because of these other proper designs he has supplied to Our collection:

Miss Cristina is a talented graphic designer and works now for a company that does serious businessweb sites (boring stuff if you ask me). She has done modelling in the past and still loves to pose for amusing projects like the ones I submit to her. She does it for fun and not for money, BTW. Other girls who appeared in forums with my slot cars are just friends who also love to pose for artistic projects.
Some of you might wonder what my wife thinks of all this: well, she knew before what she was getting into when we met 12 years ago (we've been married 10 years). given my line of work.
She thinks "girls and cars" are an old trite stereotype but she does not mind me playing nor with slot cars nor me taking pictures of models holding slot cars.
I guess I'm a lucky guy, am I not?
Regards
Edo

Actually Barn, Edo is telling you a fib. All he does is go to the girl store in Lugano and get them right off the rack.

moving right along the immoral and perverted lines, which have been drawn by a sick mind (mine off course!) constantly immersed in the gutter with no possible redemption,
I'm submitting, today, the KRIMINAL T:
The body is a heavier, armored rendition of the Mongoose, which Ray-Noda has repopped a while ago.
The paint job is by Master Painter Jairus, inspired by a 60’s Italian cartoon which was many teenager’s reading staple at the time (and that’s probably why all Italian male population are bad people).
Here’s a detail of Mister K. capriciously disposing of good law abiding citizens because he feels like it (loooove that attitude!):
Anyway, after having had the body painted a long time ago, when the Finish Line exibition was getting closer I asked Jairus to whip up a chassis for it since the K HAD to be in the show:
And here it is after Kaiser Edolf Assembly Services and Tuning (KEAST) performed the exausting and difficult task of putting it together:
A detail to die for:
Motor is a Champion can with Arco’s blue dots mags, Tradeship endbell:
I forgot what arm I put in but the motor is an absolute killer:
it goes weeeeweeeeweeeeee and it even stays cool (must be dynamically balanced for sure) also because the Edolf knew what he was doing to the endbell:
And here it is in all of its beauty as it was exhibited in the INACTION wall in Milan:
BTW here’s Bob’s Revenge also the way it was at the Finish line show:
Soon the REALM!

the goldish guide is a Jet Flag 2.
Hey, what number was the elusive first batch Jet Flag which was worth tousands? I'm talking about the 1968 or 69 prototype Mike Steube had to test before full production?
There was a post about that but cannot find it.
