Nice lookin chassis! Problem is the rear pan hinges are along the centerline and the front are hinged crossways along the front of the chassis like a plumber style.
If you made them both along the center line or crossways like the front ones. It would be legal...

That's cheating!
You obviously read the rules!
Good job!
The chassis works well, very well!
We really need to get another 'test session' down at ASR here soon.

Hi Phil. Good racing with you yesterday. Except centerline hinges an IRRA Anglewinder is allowed to have any hinge orientation or combination thereof you would like.
I had thought I had read the rules.....Thats what I get for thinkin...HUH...
I had FUN..... Just not REAL fun...My fault for not checking some brushes on my PS4002b and trying to get ONE more race from a Falcon 7...Hope to see ya at the next one

I don't know if Terry follows this thread, but I wanted to post the photos since his new chassis is quite different from the norm. Terry built this chassis using regular hand tools, no expensive machinery to help him cutout, shape this work of art.

Here is my first (probably only) shot at a retro-stockcar. Had a snow (ice) day today so I thought I would make the most of it.
Not quite finished yet. Still needs a working motor, gears and a few other bits and pieces.
So I cheated and built a Warrior.

Well done Eric..Hope to see you at the R4This is my first contribution to the scratch build thread. I have built a few chassis prior to this one but have never been proud enough to should it off.

But now I have decided I like the Victory 2 system even better.
The entire front axle/wheel assembly can be pre-made and left to right centered by correct placement of keepers. Heck, you could even pre-make a complete assembly and have it ready to drop into the uprights in case of a bad crash.
The uprights are trimmed off, and the axle assy drops right in to the nest.

United we stand and divided we fall, the Legends are complete.
I'm racing the best here at BP but Father time is much better then all of us united.
Not a snob in this hobby, after all it will be gone, if we keep on going like we do, and I have nothing to prove so I keep on posting because I have nothing to gain.
It's our duty to remember the past so we can have a future.

So did you Rick. It was a great kit to build.
That's a great idea Pablo. Thank you for sharing with us.
