Actually Nesta, I never thought about it. Now that I have.... my answer is "no". 
Finished three vintage open-wheel body paints. The first a Ferrari F1 painted to match an old MCS article and mounted on a Champion chassis.
The second is a vintage Pactra "Red Ball" Lola that came to me with good paint but damaged decals. A new set of decals later and it is ready for the track. The discolored plastic is embedded unfortunately. I tried my best to polish it out to no avail.
And a Brawer Hawk Indy car! Lancer body I think.... to which I attached some intake trumpets and a set of paintbrush ferrels for exhaust pipes.

Just finished 18 HO bodies. Took quite a few days to get them all uniquely painted with scratchbuilt interiors, drivers... many with surfboards included inside or out.
Some are racing versions but the bulk are painted in a fun-in-the-sun surfer motif, enjoy!
Headlights are push pins with the ball painted gloss black and then sprayed with Alclad II.
Edit: Sorry... I jumped the gun and posted before getting permission. Good thing only a couple saw these.

Customer requested a "Realm" painted up like the Model Car Science article. Of course they LOVED the orange paint I did for Nesta's version and so that is how I did this one. Except for the number it is pretty close!

Finished a bunch of bodies for Steven Corneille. He sent me a mess of vintage stuff. Most of them are original pieces in Buyterate or PETG so nearly all paint applied had to be acrylic so as not to curl the plastic.
A Champion Lola GT
A Classic Gamma Ray
A Classic Serpent
Re-pop in Lexan as the details seemed too vague and the plastic too thin. Which is good for me as I had no lime green in acrylic!
A Russkit Gurney Eagle.
This one is weird in that the driver and engine were molded in one piece of styrene. This leaves the body short and very delicate. Already there are cracks everywhere and I had to handle it very gingerly.
A Russkit Iso Griffo
Steve never said anything about the decals and I DIDN'T HAVE ANY! But he wanted the paint matched as closely as possible to the original images I could find. So this is the only one I shot in lacquer. However, I shot all the colors as cool as possible and very dry... which means to say that most of the volitile carrier dispersed in the air instead of seeping into the plastic. This process takes hours to acheave shooting very light thin coats and letting it dry completely in between times. After three days no noticable curling or damage has taken place... so far!

This one was even in the original freaking bag! I didn't match the color to the enclosed card as it seemed faded but instead went ahead and painted it the same Lola blue previously mixed up for the GT. Ralph Klose asked for a pair of those Russkit Dune buggies after he saw Bertil's body posted a few months ago. Said that he wanted them accurate but with the Jairus touch... whatever that means. So I simply shot metallic blue with a slight black fade similar to Bertil's car. But two noticeable changes due to what Philippe mentioned being the addition of window glass and no decals. Drivers were painted same as Bertils car tho.
Incidentally these are the most beautiful clear bodies I have seen anywhere! They come from True Scale in very vintage .030 Lexan and Victor did a marvelous job producing them. Only drawback is that it takes about 40 minutes each body to cut out the wheel openings and trim them! I could find no flaws anywhere and since I have painted an original in the past.... I'd have to say that these are even BETTER than an original! In this case I stayed with the original Russkit drivers heads simply cleaning up the "hurried factory" paint jobs. The injection molded engine stacks are original as well and something Victor said he had extras of! What a guy.
Incidentally he is making molds to re-pop those as well, but for now the bodies are on his web site.
