Whoever hits the clock first........Wins
Can you please identify the drivers in the photo?
What kind of cars are they about to race?

And thanks for fixing my car Ralph - looks like it's back to its usual place at the top of the last final... unless that was at the end of it!
Looking forward to more photos & totals.

We drove all cars in the numerical order Edo gave the cars. In the first heat ran the cars 1 to 7. In round 38 car number 5, Mini - B # 44, deslotted in the fast straight to the banked turn and hit the back of another car. The first impression was that of a normal contact in a race as the speed difference of both cars was not great. But as # 44 was picked up and turned around the desaster became obvious: Clean fracture of the Dynamic tongue near the guide flag:
5 laps later car number 1, Bud from Ralph, lost dramaticaly speed by a bended axle.
Both cars had to be taken out of the race.
Fortunately we had no further incidents. Some smaller problems like loose motors have been solved by some of the very experienced drivers. The body of FutureThingieKingie had to be trimmed at the right rear wing, as it rubbed on it and blocked the forthcomming of the car. Pictures will follow soon.
Very sorry for the affected competitors. As the Minerva seemed to be challenging to the cars the race directors Frieder and me stopped action at nearly every deslotting. We are quite happy with the result. 24 cars survived nearly undamaged.

If one is not forthcoming... I know of at least one box there with two extra tongues in it.... (I'll pay him back)

Edit: Edo applied zip grip prior to boxing the cars. Jens mentioned when he received the cars the tires were still good to go and even used the same numbering that Edo established to determine the mains. Beyond that I don't know.
What's the matter Bob? You knew that "Dyn-Astro" doesn't do well on fast tracks.
Guys, this race is pretty much the same results we saw after Buena Park.
Minerva may be shorter but it has two long straights and that huge bank turn. It's fast and so the lighter quicker cars did well. The next two tracks however are flatter and tighter. I expect results for those two to be more like Melbourne or Lugano with the heavier cars doing better.
