Bob, I think I mentioned this before... but Jordi, our intrepid track director in Spain, has said he will not schedule the race at the track until the cars are there. The reason is.... the tracks in Barcelona are fairly busy and I can see his point. As soon as it is scheduled I will tell you all.

Their website looks good and the track @ one hundred thirty four and one half feet is bigger then the original image I had in my little mind.

Marvin is it a bit homesick .......He found out that there was a beautiful and safe launch of "Curiosity" from "The Cape" today. and would have liked to have been on that flight. All his friends and relatives don't like the idea of this intrusion.

Cars are safely in Barcelona Spain. Next announcement will be the date of the race.
Bob, Jordi has joined Slotblog... or at least he says he reads the posts. However, his english is rough, so he doesn't post. Mostly he posts on Facebook where he set up a page just for this race. I have added all the F.B. members that I know of who are participants in the Dynamic Challenge and a couple others as well. If you are on F.B. and want to be in on the discussion, please let me know and I will add.

Jordi is a slot car racer/producer/builder to the core! He will take good care of the cars and is very excited to be part of this program.

The heat length and scheduling is done by the track director. But, you had better ask Jordi on Facebook Bob. He has never responded here that I know of.
Near as I can tell tho, because of the number of cars, they are stretching it out over two and maybe three days.
