Edo is too busy with his current work load to do much regarding adjustments on the cars so please send any requests for adjustments to me and I will notify Jens. Indeed, I suspect the cars will be in the mail to Germany this very week!
As of this writing, the Minerva round race date has not been set. But I think we have a few weeks to decided to swap out worn tires, replace brushes or whatever mid point maintenance might be required so let me know what is on your mind.
These figures come from the master sheet. If you want to dispute any of the numbers please send me an email or PM. All Dynamic points were determined during the first inspection. I doubt I missed anything but am willing to debate with you.
Some things to make a note of are John Dilworth's car "Dyna-Rigg. She had a rocky start and motor problems. But in two of the 5 races ended up in the top 10. Indeed took 4th in the last race so watch for this dark horse to slowly move up the ladder with fingers crossed.
"Wavemaker" and "Repelatron Dyna-Slider" are currently in a dead-tie points wise. I figured my car would do much better during the last race. Oh well.... Congrats to my friend Steve. He builds some great machines!
John Austin's car is probably the quickest 'All Vintage' car in this race with it's Dynamic GE motor. Indeed after a poor first showing it has been improving since.
Phil Smiths car seems to like the smaller tracks and might do well at Minerva, as will Kingie's "edoTRON" and "Budweiser".
Don, "Le Derriere" might need a new motor to replace that Pactra Hemi as I feel it just may have run it's course.
Best of luck to Barney in the hopes that he removed all the bad Mojo from "Orange Crate". Tho... the car is a damn missile so my sympathies only go so far. It will come steaming back to the top after a couple races.
Thanks again Edo for a great race!

Only found two mistakes on my part, and with Phil Smiths help the totals (and Kathryn's name spelled correct finally) should be spot on!
Now, after spending over 8 hours on this, I really DO need to get some work done!

Based on my Excel sheet I think Mike Zimmerman's Scorpion is car to beat when I run the numbers based on average finish and bonus points First place overall is my prediction, no worse than 2nd. Solid finishes and a deceint amount of bonus points Unless what I have for bonus points is wrong, Mike's currently leading the oveall points.
Sounds nice to me Rob but, I believe you & Steve will overcome everyone's Dynamic points and be on top of the heap battling it out at the end with all those podium finishes, (as long as it continues of course.)

You have been averaging 21.2 points per race. Using 21 points per race for the remaining races you will finish with 251 points
If you give Steve an average of 25 points or all second place finishes for the remaining 5 races he will end up with 249 points
Assuming I win every race ( not likely) and give myself 26 points for the remaining races, I end up with 248 points.
Steve is most likely to win a round or two ( Rt. 93?) but I still think you're in a good position to win overall, if not probably no worse than 2nd?
Now if I would have not had a DNS at BP or Barney having his issues, it might have been a different story? Keep in mind there's still a lot of racing left and anything can happen.

I have John Austin down for 70 Dynamic points, you listed 60?
For Oscar I have 51 racel points based on 14,15,14, 3, and 5?
For Aculeus I have 59 race points based on 13, 13, 9, 14,and 10?
Other than that it looks the same as mine

Oscar "Bugman #15", Race one 13, race two 15, race three 14, race four 3 and last race 5 points total 50 race points with 60 dynamic points (Tongue 10, Front axle 10, Body mounts 10, F&R wheels 10, rubber 20) equal a total of 110.
Dominic beat Oscar in the first race Rob, giving him 14 points to Oscars 13. I made the change early on and I guess you forgot to change your totals.

Pretty fancy figuring there Rob but, we're only starting the bottom of the 4th inning so, anything could happen. You had your one bad finish. It could happen to any of us and change everything. My car hit the floor in one race due to a controller being hooked up wrong. I still can't believe It's still running as good as it is after that. Keeping my fingers crossed for more trouble free races for everyone, like we just had in Lugano.

Okay, I will make the change to the record. But the post stays as it is.
It's now going on 12 hours working on this and only spent two hours working on money making projects that HAVE TO GET DONE today!

I have been informed by Jens Graf that the date for the Minerva round has been tentatively set for October 29th. This is based on the cars arriving in time says Jens and he seems worried that for 4 days they have been stuck in Customs. The cars have only been in transit for a few days and there is still 27 days between now and the 29th. I feel fairly confident that everything will work out.

Yesterday and the night before I had the real pleasure to look in the little white prisones the thingies were delivered. It was amazing and real fun to look at this real artwork!!
Ralph Klose at work (sorry for the bad quality of the pics):
and his "flying hospital":
Ralph working on Oscar Morales' # 15:
Don Siegels car is on the way to Ralph's laboratories as it was to ill to be served at the Minerva. Seems to be a problem with the rear axel.
The 25 other cars are back in there prisons. They seemed to be in very good shape thanks to Edo and his team!
Tschüss für heute, as we say in this part of the world!!
