Think I have an NOS arm....and another motor ... I'm digging...but don't think it will help that car.
That heat was painful but hysterical to watch,
It was great to laugh and see everyone "pushing" the car around.

Hey Bob could it be the motor brushes? Those things run forever!
I figured it would run forever too, way to over confident in the 5 pole train motor. The brushes were THICK cause of so little run time on a new motor. May have siezed a bushing cause or bent the axle carrier part of the motor... but it never smoked??? WTFKs
We'll see what Mile sez when he gets a chance to look at it.
I found the sealed NOS arm part # 100-32. Any on know if this is a 10/12 volt as in the original DC-706 motor. A three volt might help
Thanks...

I never heard of an optional arm for the 706, but MAYBE there is something out there?????
Might be better off just throwing in a whole new motor.
I have a couple NOS's in my hoard, as well as a new and a used arm, lemme know if I can help!

Does it have to stay in the same configuration as submitted? My suggestion would be to change the motor bracket and motor to 36D It will still run forever and can't be any slower.

Thanks, Brian.By Far the best darn audio and picture clarity I've ever seen for a slot car race!
Great job Mike Swiss!!
Thank You, Chicagoland Racers on a job well done.
My IT guy, Ken Hiorns tweaked with whatever he could to max it out.
He thought it would be an improvement on the audio vs. Sano 4.

I know it's late, but when do you think you might have the results up? I tried to write some of it down but wasn't sucessfull past 5th place.
I tuned in at the end just in time to catch Ray turning 26 laps on white with my car. Thanks Ray
