Going by the wheel specs, if they have at least one rib, they are OK to use. But these look to be more recent items, and want to check if acceptable or not.
I thought I had some 'telescopic' style rims, but can't find them at this point.

This is the transitional design between #5 choit's & deepdish series. It is a little longer than the DD bodies, you know you got to start some where
3" width you say

You should really get new glasses as that body IS NOT a Parma W-66
I would know as I designed and raced the W-66 body back in it's day.
Yep, you would know. Here is a W-66 body. It is as anyone can read a PSE 70510.
It was sold in the 90's as a flexi wedge body.
Let's compare. This body was a take off/rip off a W-66 made with even more 90's downforce.
Spirit of the 90's is what it is. I have new glasses and can clearly see this body is a thingie, a 90's thingie.
Ron is right. It is not a W-66. It is an even a worse 90's body.

All depends on time to do it. It's a good point JW.
The mold you showed of the wedge? isn't the one I was thinking of- you have to go back to the 70's for that one. I'm wondering if that person will step forward ???

Ray, if no one steps forward . . . I'll go back.

...the family resemblance is astonishing!

exactly John. I agree.
.....out of respect for Jairus and his efforts, I won't whine, as I figure he'll make a proper decision on this body.
Either way I wouldn't run it anyway, the Choiti's will smoke it.

That motor is perfect Ray.
I specified no max or minimum tire diameter or width because that is open.
Thank you Rich, but I am actually not crazy about the body either, as is.
The maker is reading this page and he told me he's seeing about creating some Thingie details to add to the body.
The width of that body is 3 1/8" btw.

... but then Howmet, Zimmerman or Bond most likely won't come up with anything any different either.
Please don't wait on me to change the body rule if need be, I won't be able to participate this time around.
Thanks,
Z
