As I mentioned before, I'd be happy to ship them off to another track.

If the the guys wish.
I hope there are more rounds.
I just checked and shipping the 10 cars to Germany would cost about $3.50 or $4.00 per person.

Sorry Jens.

Yeah Jaak. No problems, if there is another round in the US. I was hoping that someone with an oval would give it a go.

Maybe the owners of the tracks of the fabulous
'Lucky 13' International Thingie proxy series
http://slotblog.net/...e-proxy-series/
could be hosts for our proxy event.
I would pay for the delivery (afterwards?) to the Minerva and back home or to another speedway. Would be to bad to let this great fun end after only two races!

Yes. An oval would really be in their element.
But unless you had some real good drivers that were willing to let faster cars go by,you might wind up with carnage than fun, especially on a bigger oval.

So I guess with my post being erased there's no interest in a proxy race with these cars out in SoCal? Too bad--I know there's many of us out here that would have been interested in seeing the cars and racing them. Maybe next time there's a build out here?

Tim,
Nothing got erased.
Your post is here in another thread I started so it would catch raceway's eyes.
http://slotblog.net/...21-any-raceway/
I'd be fine with sending them there.
I know you would have top notch drivers.
It wouldn't hurt to post a pic of your track.

PIcs of my track are in my personal section and in the club section of Slot Blog. But IF you'd like--I could organize a run at BPR --or perhaps The Cave as well. I think Dennis Samson would perhaps like the idea for his track as well. Just was offering to have you run them out here if you'd like to. Sorry, didn't realize it was a different thread.
