DCR SCRRA F1 chassis built for Rocket Rick Linn to race at the upcoming Boola Bash at BPR in Oct……
It still needs some trimming and TLC, but Im pretty happy how it came out, and it should make a sub-90 gram RTR. I will post some more photos once its a RTR.
Thanks for looking,

Can-Am Plus chassis I just finished based on a Warmack chassis I already built for Can-Am. Warmack lightweight nosepiece, and motor bracket, DHMI steel tongue with .032" spacer, tripod setup of .062" wire, pans of .032", .062" bite bar, 4" wheelbase, .950 guide lead. 47 grams before final trimming and installing front axle.
Just wish I could afford a tumbler, but hey, I'm not a picturesque builder anyway.

Check out this beauty built by Denny Krivacek. Denny started with an R-Geo Warrior Stock car plate and turned it into a Warrior Arrow. The picture does not do the quality of this chassis justice. It is awesome...

Here is a couple I finished up in the last week.
First up is a new Coupe chassis. I was targeting for it to come in around 115 but missed that so ready to run it comes in at 122. I will be making a lighter version of this and do some testing at Rapid Raceway this week end.
Eight rails of .047"
.064" brass all around
Slick 7 tongue
Swiss 1.380" bracket
1" guide lead
4" wheelbase

Here's my first Stock Car. Once again I came in about 5 grams over my original target of 130 grams. Oh well, in New England you have to be prepared for all road conditions so I guess a little extra weight won't hurt LOL.
Four rails of .063"
.064 brass all around.
R-Geo 3/4" bracket.

Dom,
I really like that Stock Car.
You should be pretty much on target for weight. My limited experience with them so far is that Stock Cars like being weighted down like bricks. 135-143 range seems to be where these things live in a happy place.
I built my first one at the minimum tech weight of 120 grams and had to shovel 18 grams on it before it wanted to act like a car and not an uncontrolled ballistic missile.

Thanks, James. With any luck it will work good out of the box since I need to make three more before the NERR race at Modelville.

Another of my "everydayman" builds featuring my normal human being soldering skills.
Bryan Warmack F1 kit (front plate and rear bracket used on this one) assembled as a multi-rail. Five rails a side of .047", pans are four wires each of .039" wire, tongue is a DHMI turning man unit with a .032" spacer underneath so I can run full-cut guides. 4" wheelbase, 1" guide lead. Total weight with front axle just under 56 grams.

This is another DCR SCRRA and IRRA® legal flat track Can-Am chassis. These build a 100-110 gram car that will run well on just about any track. And this design is very strong;one of there should last a long time.
I've built three of these, and they're all spoken for, but I'm starting on three more next week.
Thanks for looking.
