I actually had some time to build a new Can Am. This one is from the RGeo GVP kit.
My compliments to Rick for producing such a nice kit.

...and then, I discovered that stacking piano wire for my center section was easier than Dremeling slots down the springsteel pan like TonyP was doing. What, you haven't done your History here?

…………More insanity……I just finished this Can Am for a customer at about 4am………40.5g as it sits,,should build a car in the 88g range……………..11 chassis in 10 days….and only one more to go {I think?}…….DC

Here is an update on a chassis I built back in November of 2009 (Post#235).
After some testing of the original design I added some weight and a traditional bite bar and the car was great. Of course after almost 4 years of taking some hard hits it was time to disassemble and rebuild.
Some of the updates where:
A motor is only as fast as the chassis it's in.
